We were excited to visit the Fossil Lab at Texas A & M University Kingsville. Mr. Thomas shared information about many different kinds of fossils that are found right here in South Texas!-In our very own "backyard". We learned about Mammoths, Bison, Saber-Tooth Cats and other animals that used to roam our area thousands of years ago. Each student was given a fossil of their own to keep.
